GES' students welcome Mrs. Moore as
their new music teacher
Mrs. Moore graduated from Houghton College (NY) with a Bachelor of Music Degree in Music Education with a combined emphasis. She holds a VA teaching license with endorsements in vocal/choral music pre-k thru 12th grade and instrumental music pre-k thru 12th grade. She has taught music in Bedford County from 1993-1998 and 2005-present.
She is a pastor's wife and has two children and a gray tabby cat. She is a pianist and enjoys accompaning the NHS choirs and First Wesleyan Church (Roanoke). She plays steel drum in Panamania of Quest Music Academy (Enterprises). She enjoys outreach ministries, camping, crafts, and being with her family. Mrs. Moore looks forward to getting to know the GES students and their families!
