Our Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) Team is committed to creating and ensuring a school environment where all learners can succeed! We achieve this by:
Implementing a multi-tiered system of support for staff and learners that is data-driven and problem-solving focused.
Improving learner academic and behavior outcomes by ensuring all faculty, staff and learners have access to the most effective and accurately implemented instructional and behavioral practices and interventions possible.
Creating and maintaining a positive school climate, through our Character Counts Program, as well as other positive approaches, celebrations, and rewards, which recognize and celebrate learners who demonstrate the Six Pillars of Character; Trustworthiness, Respect, Responsibility, Fairness, Caring, and Citizenship.
Providing faculty and staff with powerful, effective tips, strategies, and resources to build and maintain relationships and create a better learning atmosphere.
